Transcripts must be sent directly from each and every college (including technical
institutions) attended to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Office of Admissions. If you have completed less
than 30 transferable credit hours, you must submit a high school transcript.
Faxed documents and copies provided by the student are NOT considered official and
will not be used for admission purposes. Courses from one institution that are listed
on another college transcript will not substitute for an official transcript. Prior
educational experience may not be omitted from an application package.

If You Were Internationally Educated
Send an official National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, Inc. (NACES)
or Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) evaluated document-by-document
high school transcript or Certificate of Education. A GPA calculation is not required.
The evaluation must be sent directly from the agency to the Admissions Office. Find

Submit your verification of lawful presence documentation if you wish to pay in-state tuition.

All new students (freshman, transfers, and others) attending in person classes will
be required to submit a Certificate of Immunization prior to the first day of classes.
The certificate will be kept on file and will be valid throughout the tenure of the
student's enrollment.
Students who plan on enrolling in fully online classes or due to conflict with religious
beliefs may request an exemption on the immunization form located here.
