Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» (Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³») is proud to announce that Dr. Armond Boudreaux, Associate Professor of English, has had two essays accepted for publication this year in the acclaimed Pop Culture and Philosophy series from Wiley-Blackwell.
Dr. Boudreaux contributed chapters to Fallout and Philosophy and Severance and Philosophy, both of which explore timeless questions of ethics through the lens of popular culture. His essays examine how ethical theories - such as natural law and utilitarianism -help us grapple with questions of right and wrong, addressing not only the science fiction themes in Fallout and Severance but also real-world issues like artificial intelligence, cloning, and more.
Dr. Boudreaux has been a member of the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» faculty since 2012 and has an extensive publishing record in both creative and scholarly fields. He is the author of several books, including his recent science fiction trilogy The Last Revolution, and has contributed to multiple volumes in the Pop Culture and Philosophy series, including Black Panther and Philosophy, The Last of Us and Philosophy, and Doctor Strange and Philosophy.
Outside the classroom, Dr. Boudreaux is married and the proud father of six children.
